Nadi, located in Fiji, is located on the main island of Viti Levu. Indians, locals and tourists make up the greatest number of inhabitants at any give time. 1. Garden of the Sleeping Giant
Actor Raymond Burr started this plantation in 1977. Today, the gardens house over 2000 different kinds of orchids and the smell is absolutely incredible. While touring the gardens, you will be able to see a mountain range in the distance which resembles a sleeping giant, hence the name of the plantation.
2. Scuba Bula Dive Centre
If you don’t know how to scuba dive but have always wanted to learn, this is the stop for you! With over 22 dive sites and amazing marine life to observe, the dive centre offers great opportunities for the novice and expert alike.
3. Captain Cooke Cruises
These cruises offer tourists an opportunity to see the beautiful scenery of Fiji that may be missed if you stay inland. If you have the time and budget, be sure to add one of these to your Nadi holidays itinerary.
4. Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple
The largest Hindu temple in the southern hemisphere is built in a style one doesn’t normally see outside of India.
5. Denerau Beach
